SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY


  • Standard Shipping: Orders ship within 5 business days after an order is placed.
  • Expedited Shipping: Orders ship within 2 business days after an order is placed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

To accommodate for the increase in hotter weather, orders will be shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays only during the months of June - September. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All of our products are inspected and packaged with the highest care before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used products cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment, provided photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

You may exchange your unused product for another product of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for associated shipping costs on all return items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@greycandle.com for further details.
