Is the subscription month-to-month? Yes. Your subscription is month-to-month, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
When will I be charged for the subscription? Your first charge will occur immediately, and recurring charges will happen on the 15th of every month.
If you sign up before the 15th (ie, you purchase a subscription on the 9th), you will not be charged again until the following month.
If you start a subscription after our cut-off date of the 18th and before the last day of the month, you will receive your first candle shortly after completing your candle survey and join the normal subscription payment & delivery schedule on the following month.
When will I receive my first candle? Your first candle will arrive shortly after you sign up and complete your scent profile. In the following months, look to receive your candles shortly after the 25th, which is our subscription ship date.
How will you know what kinds of scents I like? When you purchase your subscription, you'll receive an invitation to complete your scent profile, where we ask a few questions to determine the ideal scents to send you. We'll curate your scents based upon your answers.
I would like to make an update to my scent profile. How can I do that? Not a problem! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll take care of your request.
What is the burn time for the candles? Our 6 oz. candles have an average burn time of 50 hours.
I really enjoyed the scent of a candle I received during my subscription. Is it possible to order more of that specific candle? In most cases, yes! Some of our scents are limited runs and only available while supplies last. Send us an email at email@example.com, and we'll assist with your request.
