Experiencing your wooden wick candle.

Wooden wicks are a unique sensory experience; the wick produces a crackling sound when burning to accompany its flame & scent. Here are a few details to ensure the full experience with your new candle.

Burning your candle for the first time.

The first burn is the most important. When lighting your candle for the first time, allow the top to fully melt until the liquid has touched the edges (typically within 2-3 hours).

Keep your wick trimmed and free from ash.

Before your next burn, be sure to gently snap off the burned section along the top edge and then light as usual. Your wick has been precut to the appropriate level, however please remember to keep your wicks trimmed to 1/4” before burning.

Properly disposing of your candle.

Your candle has reached its end of life when there is 1/2” or less of wax remaining. Please discard the remaining wax and find a renewed purpose for the container.
